We reckon that humans thrive when they’re in a community where they can be known, with friends that help them do life well. It might be a village, or your street, or maybe your sports club, or the local café on a Saturday morning. It’s just as true when it comes to the church. Our Sunday gatherings are too big to be community, and our small groups are too small to be community. But a cluster, well that’s like your extended family, a little tribe, a really good party.

Clusters are our way of trying to help people create authentic communities in which they can relate well, get restored, and practice the art of loving God, one another and the world. Most clusters have 2-3 small groups in them, and usually about 20-30 people. Each one is unique – an expression of it’s parts. Like a good party, when someone new turns up, the flavour changes, but the music might be the same.

We want everyone to be part of a real community here, one that they can do life in and through... The good times and the not so good times.
